Every attending participants (in-person or online) should complete the online registration form separately.
After filling the registration form, please send us your abstract to info@eird.co
Your abstract (150-300 words) should contain the following: Paper title, Name, Institute affiliation, Email address for all authors and Keywords.
Within the five working days of receiving your abstract we will send an email to you with a notification of acceptance/rejection.
Publishing
Publishing in conference proceedings:
All accepted abstracts or extended abstracts or full-length works will be published in the conference e-proceedings. Full paper submission is not mandatory.

Registration and Deadlines
Abstract submission & registration deadline – 1 May
Conference dates – 11-12 May
The conference registration fee covers: admission to the conference, all conference materials, publication in the conference proceedings, conference lunch, coffee breaks, etc. E-certificates will be provided for virtual participants.
80% of the registration fee paid may be refunded before March 31st, 2024. No refund after March 31st, 2024.
